Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has published a recruitment notification for the appointment of General Manager / Chief General Manager (Operations) on a contract basis. The last date for receipt of applications is 23rd March 2022.

Age Limit:

 Minimum 45 years

 Maximum 55 years

Consolidated Salary: ₹ 2,25,000/- to ₹ 2,30,000/- per month

Educational Qualification and Experience:

 The candidate must be an engineering graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC.
 Post-qualification experience of 20 years for GM and 25 years for CGM level in Train Operation of Railway / Metro, out of which about 5 years experience in the executive cadre of Metro Rail Operation is essential. The candidate should have worked in mainline and depot operations of trains, Stations, and OCC.

Selection Process:

 Interview
 Medical Examination.

 Application Fee:

 ₹300/- for General / OBC category candidates.
 ₹ 50/- (for processing & postage charge) for SC/ST.
 The fee in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of M/s Chennai Metro Rail Limited, payable at Chennai.
