Educational Qualification and Experience:

 Program Design and Review Expert: Diploma in relevant discipline.

 Consultant Grade II (IT): First class Master’s degree or 4-year engineering degree. Minimum 10 years experience.

 Consultant Grade II - Security and Facilities Management: First class MBA or any other Master’s degree. Minimum 10 years experience.

 Consultant Grade I -Infrastructure & Operations: First class Masters in Engineering/ Architecture. Minimum 05 years experience.

 Draughtsman: 03 years Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering/ Automobile Engineering. Minimum 02 years experience.

 Cluster Manager: First class Master’s Degree in Business Administration /
Management / Commerce / Humanities / Marketing / Finance /
Technology / Science or 4 year engineering. Minimum 10 years experience.

 Consultant Grade – I (HR - Performance Management): First class MBA or any other Master’s degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management.

 Media and Public Relations Analyst: First class Master’s degree in Media/ Journalism/ Communication/Public Relations or any relevant field. Minimum 02 - 05 years relevant work experience.

 Young professionals (Hiring & Operations): First class MBA or any other Master’s degree, with specialization in Human Resource Management. Minimum 01-year relevant work experience.

 Director, Centre for External Relations and Partnerships: First class MBA or any other Master’s degree. Minimum 10+relevant work experience.

 Research Director: First class MBA or any other Master’s degree. Minimum 10+relevant work experience.

 External Relations Manager: First Class Master’s degree. Minimum 05 years experience.

 Manager - Public Relations: First class Masters in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ PR/ English & Communication Studies or MBA (HR) with a minimum of 55% marks. Minimum 05 years experience.

 Placement and Partnership Manager: First class MBA/any other Master’s degree or a 4-year engineering degree. Minimum 03 - 04 years relevant experience.

 Research Analyst: First class MBA or any other Master’s degree. Minimum 05 years relevant work experience.

 Research Associate: First Class Masters Degree in related field (Preferably in Economics/Statistics, Social Science, and/or business management). Minimum 03 years experience.

 Office Executives: First class Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably modern office practice). Minimum 03 years work experience.

 Consultant Grade – I (Outreach & Admissions): First class MBA/MSW/MPP or any other Master’s degree. Minimum 05 years experience.

 Young Professional - Outreach & Admission: First class MBA or any other Master’s degree or a 4-year engineering degree. Minimum 01-year relevant experience.

 Senior Mental Health Psychologist and Counsellor: First class Masters Degree in Psychology or relevant field with a minimum of 60% marks. Minimum 10 years experience.
