IDBI Bank Recruitment 2022: IDBI Bank invites applications from eligible Indian citizens for the recruitment of various banking recruitment positions in different branches in the IDBI Bank. The posts are purely on a contract basis. The last date for receipt of applications is 16th February 2022.

Age Limit:

 Head -Treasury: Maximum 57 years

 CCSO: Not more than 65 years

 Dy. CTO: Minimum 45 years

Pay Scale: The Remuneration shall be based on experience, Seniority level, etc. subject to deduction of taxes as applicable.

Job Location: Mumbai / Navy Mumbai.

Educational Qualification:

 Head -Treasury:

(1) CA/ MBA/ PGDM / CFA or other relevant postgraduate qualification from a recognized University/ Institution.
(2) Certificate in Treasury Management, Certified Treasury Dealer Course is desirable.
(3) Minimum 15 years in the Banking or Financial services industry and at least 8 years in the Treasury Department of any Bank / FI in a middle or senior position.
Preferably 4 years of Investment Banking Experience.

 CCSO:

(1) Retired (superannuated / VRS opted) or serving Officer, not below the rank of Deputy General Manager or the equivalent of another Bank /Financial Sector Regulatory Body, having necessary skills and requisite experience.
(2) Minimum seven years of working in areas such as Banking, regulation, supervision, payment and settlement systems, and/ or consumer protection.

 Dy. CTO:

(1) Graduation (B.E./ B.Tech) in Electronics & Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Electronics & Electrical/ Information Technology/ Electronics &
Communication OR Graduate with Post-Graduation in MCA from a recognized University by the Govt. of India.
(2) Overall IT experience 18 to 20 years, preferably in Banks, out of which 8 to 10 years working in IT projects related to banking channels such as the Internet
Banking/ Mobile Banking/ ATM/ Payment systems/ Cards/ UPI/ IMPS/ Wallets/ POS.
