BEML Limited Recruitment 2022: BEML Limited (A Government of India Undertaking) is looking for experienced personnel for recruitment of the following Manager level Group 'A' positions in various departments. The last date for registration of online applications is 9th February 2022.

The scale of Pay:

 Deputy General Manager: Grade VII ₹ 90,000 - 2,40,000/-

 Assistant General Manager: Grade VI ₹ 80,000 - 2,20,000/-

 Senior Manager: Grade V ₹ 70,000 - 2,00,000/-

 Manager: Grade IV ₹ 60,000 - 1,80,000/-

 Assistant Manager: Grade III ₹ 50,000 - 1,60,000/-

Educational Qualifications:

 R & D: First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical/ Automobile/ Production from a recognized University / Institution. M.Tech qualification will be preferred.

 Planning: First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical/ Automobile/ Production from a recognized University / Institution.

 Marketing (R & M): First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical /Electrical / Electronics from a recognized University / Institution. Postgraduate qualification in Management will be preferred.

 Maintenance (Electrical): First Class Degree in Engineering in Electrical from a recognized University / Institution.

 HR: First Class Graduate with Two years full-time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA(Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 years. full-time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations from a recognized University / Institution. A degree in Law is desirable.

 Finance: Qualified CA/ ICWA.

 Company Secretary: Graduate and qualified Company Secretary with a membership of the Institute of the Company Secretary of India. Graduate Degree in Law or MBA will be preferred.

 Corporate Communications: Master in mass communication (or) First Class Graduate with 2 years full-time diploma in Journalism. Additionally MBA in HR/ LLB will be preferable.

Post Qualification Experience:

 Deputy General Manager: 21 years
 Assistant General Manager: 18 years
 Senior Manager: 15 years
 Manager: 12 years
 Assistant Manager: 08 years
