OPSC Civil Service Examination 2021 for recruitment of Group A and Group B posts/services in Government of Odisha state departments. Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) Cuttack invites online applications for recruitment advertisement of Odisha Civil Services Examination 2021(Preliminary). The last date for registering an online application for the OPSC Civil Service Exam is 9th February 2022.

Age Limit:

21 to 32 years as on the 1st day of January 2021. i.e. He/She must not have been born earlier than 2nd January 1989 and not later than 1st January 2000.

Age Relaxation - 05 years for SC / ST / SEBC / Women / Ex-Serviceman and 10 years for PWDs.

Pay Scales:

 Odisha Administrative Service (Junior Branch): ₹ 56,100/- in Level- 12-Cell-l in the Pay Matrix under Rule-3 of ORSP Rules, 2017.
 Odisha Police Service (Junior Branch): ₹ 56,100/- in Level- 12-Cell-l in the Pay Matrix under Rule-3 of ORSP Rules, 2017.
 Odisha Finance Service (Junior Branch): ₹ 56,100/- in Level-12-Cell-l in the Pay Matrix under Rule-3 of ORSP Rules, 2017.
  Odisha Cooperative Service (ARCS/AGCS): ₹ 44,900/- in Level-10-Cell-l in the Pay Matrix provided under Rule-3 of ORSP Rules, 2017.
 Odisha Revenue Service: ₹ 44,900/- in Level-10-Cell-l in the Pay Matrix provided under Rule-3 of ORSP Rules, 2017.
 Odisha Taxation & Accounts Service: ₹ 44,900/- in Level-10-Cell-l in the Pay Matrix provided under Rule-3 of ORSP Rules, 2017.

Educational Qualification:

(1) Bachelor's Degree in any or concerned discipline from any recognized university.
(2) He / She must be able to Read, Write and Speak Odia.

Examination Fee:

 A nonrefundable fee of ₹ 500/- for each candidate of General and OBC.
 No fee for SC, ST of Odisha residents, and 40% above permanent disability candidates.
 The candidates are required to make online payment of applicable exam fees through OPSC Portal using Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking facilities.

Selection Process:

 Preliminary Examination (Objective Type - Multiple Choice Questions)
 Main Examination
 Personality Test or Interview.

How to Apply: Eligible Interested candidates are required to apply online through Odisha OPSC Online Application Portal (www.opsc.gov.in) from 12th January 2021. The last date for registration of online applications is 09/02/2022.
