IREL India Limited Recruitment 2022: IREL India Limited invites applications from eligible, talented, energetic, and dynamic Indian Nationals for recruitment posts of various Manager level positions on a regular basis for its various Projects / Units / Offices. Age Limit:

 Chief General Manager (HRM): 56 years

 Chief Manager (Projects) / Senior Manager (Projects): 54 / 48 years

 Manager (Security): 42 years

Pay Scale:

 Chief General Manager: E-8 ₹ 120000 - 280000/-
 Chief Manager : E-5 ₹ 80000 - 220000/-
 Senior Manager (Projects): E-4 ₹ 70000 - 200000/-
 Manager: E-3 ₹ 60000 - 180000/-

Educational Qualification:

 Chief General Manager (HRM): Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / MBA / MA / MSW (02 years full-time course) with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations from reputed and recognized Universities / Institution approved by AICTE. Minimum 24 years experience.

 Chief Manager (Projects) / Senior Manager (Projects): Graduate in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech). Minimum 20 / 16 years experience.

 Manager (Security): Should be a Graduate and not below the rank of captain in Indian Army or equivalent rank in Indian Navy / Indian Air Force working/retired from Indian Defence Services on should be a graduate and not below the rank of Dy. Commandant or equivalent.
