West Central Railway Sports Quota Recruitment 2022: Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), West Central Railway, Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) invites online applications for recruitment of sportspersons against sports quota (Open Advertisement) in West Central Railway for the year 2021-22. The closing date for the submission of applications is 20th January 2022.

 Cross Country (W) - 01

 Weightlifting (M) - 02

 Volleyball (M) - 03

 Hockey (M) - 03

 Cricket (M) - 02

 Basketball (M) - 02

 Badminton (M) - 02

 Badminton (W) - 02

 Chess (M) - 02

Age Limit:

 18 to 25 years as of 01/01/2022.
 Born between 02/01/1997 to 01/01/2004.
 No age relaxation (Upper and Lower age) is permissible.

Pay Scale:

 Lecturer cum Instructor: Pay Matrix Level 7 ₹ 44900/- per month
 Assistant Lecturer cum Assistant Instructor: Pay Matrix at Level 6 ₹  35,400/- per month

Educational Qualification:

 Level-4/ Level-5: Graduate (Bachelor's Degree) in any discipline from a recognized university.

 Level-2/ Level-3: Pass in 12th class (+2 stage) for non Technical Posts. OR 10th with ITI for Technical Posts.

Sports Achievements:

 Represented the country in any of the Category B championships/ events. (OR)
 Represented the country and obtained at least 3rd position in any of the Category C championships/ events. (OR)
 Represented a State or equivalent unit and obtained at least 3rd position in Senior/ Youth/ Junior National Championships. (OR)
  Represented a state and obtained at least 3rd position in National Games organized under the aegis of Indian Olympic association. (OR)
  Represented a University and obtained at least 3rd position in All India Inter-University Championships organized under the aegis of Association of Indian universities. (OR)
 Represented a State or equivalent Unit and obtained 1st position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category).

Application Fee:

 ₹ 500/- for General / OBC category candidates.
 ₹ 250/- for SC/ ST/ Ex-servicemen /Women/ Minorities and Economic Backward Class candidates.

Selection Process:

 Personal Interview.

How to Apply: The eligibility of the candidates for the post notified in this notification will be scrutinized by the scrutiny committee on the basis of the information furnished by them in the Online application based on the Norms for recruitment. All eligible candidates will be called for Trial and after Trial, only the FIT candidates shall be assessed for the next stage of recruitment. Candidates declared NOT FIT by the Trial committee will not be assessed further by the recruitment committee. The last date for receipt of application is 20/01/2022 up to 23:59 Hours.
