Government of India, Ministry of Defence, Principal Directorate, Defence Estates, Southern Command, Kondhwa Road, Pune - 411040 invites applications from eligible candidates for appointment of Junior Hindi Translator, Sub Divisional Officer Grade-II and Hindi Typist in the offices of Defence Estates Organisation. The last date for receipt of applications is 15th January 2022.

Age Limit: (As of 15/01/2022)

 Junior Hindi Translator: 18 - 30 years
 Sub Divisional Officer Grade-II: 18 - 27 years
 Hindi Typist: 18 - 27 years

The scale of Pay:

 Junior Hindi Translator: ₹ 9300 - 34800 + Grade Pay ₹ 4200/- (Level 6)
 Sub Divisional Officer Grade-II: ₹ 5200 - 20200 + Grade Pay ₹ 2400/- (Level 4)
 Hindi Typist: ₹ 5200 - 20200 + Grade Pay ₹ 1900/- (Level 2)

Educational Qualifications:

 Junior Hindi Translator: Master's Degree (Post Graduate) in Hindi / English as a compulsory/elective subject or vice versa.

 Sub Divisional Officer Grade-II: Matriculation Pass from a Recognized Board. Diploma or certificate in Surveying or Draftsmanship (Civil) of not less than 02 years.

 Hindi Typist: Matriculation or equivalent examination pass from a recognized board/school. Speed of not less than 25 words per minute in Typewriting in Hindi.

Application Fee:

 ₹ 200/- pay through Demand Draft (DD) in favour of 'Principal Directorate Defence Estates Southern Command Pune" payable at Union Bank of India, Headquarter Southern Command Branch, Pune - 01.
 No fee for SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen and Economically Weaker sections.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates are required to fill in the prescribed application proforma. Completed applications along with relevant documents addressed to "Principal Director, Defence Estates, Southern Command, Near ECHS Polyclinic, Kondhwa Road, Pune (Maharashtra) - 411040" by Ordinary Post. The postal cover envelope super scribed as "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF JUNIOR HINDI TRANSLATOR / SUB DIVISIONAL OFFICER, GRADE II / HINDI TYPIST".

The last date for receipt of the application form is 15/01/2022 up to 17:00 Hours. For candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu and Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti, Districts and Pangi, Andaman Nicobar and Lakshadweep Island are given 02 weeks extra time to submit the application.
