Defense Innovation Organisation, Innovations for Defence Excellence (iDEX) is looking for 03 Program Executives and 01 Program Director on a contract basis for its iDEX team. The last date for submission of applications is 14th January 2022.

Age Limit:

 Program Director: Below 55 years as of 3rd January 2022.
 Program Executive: Below 30 years as of 28th December 2021.

Remuneration:

 Program Director - ₹ 2,00,000/- per month out of which ₹ 30,000/- would be performance-based pay based on monthly appraisal each month inclusive of Transport Allowance and all taxes. There shall be an annual increase of Rs.10,000/- per month subject to satisfactory performance.
 Program Executive: ₹ 1,00,000/- per month out of which ₹ 20,000/- would be performance-based pay based on monthly appraisal each month inclusive of Transport Allowance and all taxes. There shall be an annual increase of ₹ 10,000/- per month subject to satisfactory performance.

 Educational Qualification:

 Program Director: At least a Master’s Degree in Science, Management or Technology, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s degree holders with relevant and sufficient experience may be considered).

 Program Executive: At least a Master’s Degree in Science, Management or Technology, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree holders with relevant and sufficient experience may be considered.
