IHM Kolkata Recruitment 2022 www.ihmkol.org: Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (IHM) Kolkata invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of the following vacant posts. Apply within 20 days from the date of Advertisement.

Age Limit: (As of 01/01/2022)

 Assistant Lecturer cum Assistant Instructor: Not exceeding 35 years
 LDC: Not exceeding 28 years
 Hindi Translator: 25 - 40 years

Pay Scale:

 Assistant Lecturer cum Assistant Instructor: Pay Level 6 ₹ 35,400 - 11,2400/-
 LDC: Pay Level 2 ₹ 19,900 - 63,200/-
 Hindi Translator: ₹ 25,000/- (Consolidated) Per Month

Educational Qualification:

 Assistant Lecturer cum Assistant Instructor:

(1) Post Graduate in Hospitality /Tourism or MBA.
(2) Full-time Degree / Full-time three years Diploma in Hotel Administration / Hospitality Management / Hotel Management / Hospitality Administration / Culinary Arts / Culinary Science with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate or it's equivalent.
(3) Candidates should have qualified NHTET with the prescribed percentage, conducted by NCHMCT.

 LDC:

(1) Pass 10+2 or Higher Secondary or Matriculation with 12th Class Pass.
(2) Typing speed of 40 w.p.m (Computer-based).

 Hindi Translator:

(1) Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory subject. (OR) Master’s Degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. (OR) Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level. (OR) Recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa.
(2) Minimum 02 years experience as a translator from Hindi to English and vice versa in State Government or Central Government Office including the
Government of India undertaking.
(3) Candidates having knowledge of Hindi Typing (speed preferably 35 w.p.m) will be given preference.

Selection Process:

 Written Test / Trade Test
 Interview.
