 Deputy Manager: ₹ 50000 - 3% - 160000/-
 Assistant Manager: ₹ 40000 - 3% - 140000/-
 Junior Manager: ₹ 30000 - 3% - 120000/-
Educational Qualification:

 Full-time Engineering Graduate.
 MBBS.
 Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
 MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma or equivalent.
 Full-time Graduate / Diploma.

Post Qualification Experience:

 General Manager: 22 years
 Deputy General Manager: 15 years
 Manager: 08 years
 Deputy Manager: 05 years
 Assistant Manager: Nil
 Junior Manager: 08 years
