National Institute of Technology (NIT) Sikkim invites online applications from eligible candidates having qualifications and experience for temporary faculty positions in various disciplines. The empanelment as temporary faculty will be initially for a period of 11 months. The last date for submission of online applications is 22nd December 2021.

Vacancy Disciplines:

 Electronics and Communication Engineering
 Computer Science and Engineering
 Electrical and Electronics Engineering
 Civil Engineering
 Mechanical Engineering
 Physics
 Chemistry
 Humanities and Social Science (English & Economics only)
 Mathematics

Educational Qualifications:

 For Engineering Departments: B.Tech, M.Tech,& Ph.D. in relevant disciplines.
 For Basic Science and Humanities: PhD in relevant disciplines
 Candidates with teaching experience in reputed educational Institutions will be preferred.
 Candidates who have submitted their thesis may also apply

Selection Process: All the shortlisted candidates are required to appear in person/online for the Presentation / Personal Interview.
