NEIGRIHMS Recruitment 2021-22 neigrihms.gov.in: North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS), Director’s Block, Mawdiangdiang, Shillong invites applications in prescribed format for the recruitment of following Faculty / Teaching Positions in various specialities. The last date for submission of applications is 3rd January 2022.

Vacancy Specialities: Anaesthesiology, Biochemistry, Blood Bank, Cardiology, Community Medicine, CTVS, Dermatology &
STD, ENT, General Medicine, General Surgery, Hospital Administration, Medical Oncology, Microbiology, Nephrology, Neuro Surgery, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics & Trauma, Paediatrics, Pathology, Physiology, Psychiatry, Radiodiagnosis & Imaging, Radiotherapy, Surgical Oncology, TB & Respiratory Disease & Urology.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 50 years as on closing date.

Pay Scales:

 Professor: Pay Level 14A (₹ 159100/- + NPA)
 Associate Professor: Pay Level 13A1 (₹ 131400/- + NPA)
 Assistant Professor: Pay Level 12 (₹ 101500/- + NPA)

Educational Qualifications:

 A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or part-II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (person possessing qualifications included in the part-II of the third schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in subsection (3) of section 13 of the Act.
 A postgraduate qualification e.g. M.D. / M.Ch. or a recognised qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/ subject.
 The candidate must be registered with the Central/ State Medical Council.
 Minimum Teaching / Research Experience: 12 years for Professor, 06 years for Associate Professor and 03 years doe Assistant Professor.
