Educational Qualifications:

 Economist Scale V: Ph.D. in any of the Subjects (Economics / Banking / Commerce / Economic Policy / Public Policy). Minimum 05 years work experience.

 Income Tax Officer Scale V: Chartered Accountant (preferably passed in one attempt). Minimum 10 years post qualification experience.

 Information Technology Scale V: Full-time Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines like Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication or Master's in Computer Application. Minimum 10-12 years experience.

 Data Scientist Scale IV: Post Graduate Degree in Statistics/ Econometrics/ Mathematics/ Finance/ Economics/ Computer Science or B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science/ IT. Minimum 08 - 10 years relevant post qualification experience.

 Credit Officer Scale III: CA / CFA / ACMA with 03 years & above experience (OR) MBA (Finance) with 04 years & above post qualification experience.

 Data Engineer Scale III: Post Graduate Degree (or equivalent Diploma) in Statistics/ Econometrics/ Mathematics/ Finance/ Economics/ Computer Science or B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science/ IT. Minimum 05 years relevant post-qualification experience.

 IT Security Analyst Scale III: Engineering Graduate in Computer Science / IT / ECE or MCA / M.Sc. (IT) / M.Sc. (Computer Science). Minimum 06 years post basic qualification experience.

 IT SOC Analyst Scale III: Engineering Graduate in Computer Science / IT / ECE or MCA / M.Sc. (IT) / M.Sc. (Computer Science). Minimum 06 years post basic qualification experience.

 Risk Manager Scale III: MBA in Finance or/& banking or its equivalent/ Post Graduate Diploma in Banking or/& Finance/Post-Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance or its equivalent/ Post Graduate in Statistics. Minimum 03 years post qualification experience.

 Technical Officer (Credit) Scale III: Degree in Engineering in Civil/ Mechanical/ Production/ Metallurgy / Textile/ Chemical. Minimum 03 years experience.

 Financial Analyst Scale-II: A pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)/ Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India (ICWAI) or MBA with specialization in Finance.

 Information Technology Scale-II: 3 years Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics and telecommunications /Electronics and Communications /Electronics and Instrumentation. Minimum 02 years post qualification work experience.

 Law Officer Scale-II: A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB). Minimum experience required.

 Risk Manager Scale-II: MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Banking / & Finance /Post Graduate in Statistics/Maths/ Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance with an aggregate of at least 60% marks. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.

 Security Scale-II: Should be a Graduate. Medical Category- Shape 1/equivalent (as mentioned in discharge orders/ relevant documents). Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in a computer system like MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)

Eligibility: The candidate should be a Domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir as defined in terms of the Notifications issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

Physical Standards:

 For Males: (i) Height: 5’-6” (minimum), (ii) Chest girth: 32” (unexpanded), (iii) Chest girth: 331/2” (expanded).
 For Females: Height: 5’-2” ( minimum).
