 DGM (Weapon): OBC - 47 years
 DGM (Hull): UR - 44 years
 Senior Manager: UR - 39 years
 General Manager: UR - 52 years

Pay Scales:

 DGM (Weapon): ₹ 80000 - 3% - 220000/- (E-5)
 DGM (Hull): ₹ 80000 - 3% - 220000/- (E-5)
 Senior Manager (Project Coordination): ₹ 70000 - 3% - 200000/- (E-4)
 General Manager (Projects): ₹ 10000 - 3% - 260000/- (E-7)

Educational Qualifications:

 DGM (Weapon): Full-time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)/ Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering. Minimum 13 years post qualification experience.

 DGM (Hull): Full-time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)/ Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) with specialization in Naval Architecture. Minimum 13 years post qualification experience.

 Senior Manager (Project Coordination): Full-time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) with specialization in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering/ Naval Architecture /Electrical Engineering /Electronics Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering. Minimum 10 years post qualification experience.

 General Manager (Projects): Full time regular B.E. / B.Tech engineering graduate in Naval Architecture / Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Electronics / Shipbuilding. Minimum 20 years post qualification experience.

Application Fee:

 A Demand Draft of ₹ 500/- (Non-Refundable) in favor of “Goa Shipyard Limited” payable at Vasco-da-Gama, Goa is to be submitted per application.
 No fee is to be paid by SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Government of India rules.
