Goa Electricity Recruitment 2021-22: Office of the Chief Electrical Engineer, Electricity Department, Government of Goa invites online applications from eligible candidates for filling up posts of Assistant Lineman / Wireman and Line Helper vacancies in the Electricity Department, Government of Goa, Panaji-Goa by Direct Recruitment on a temporary basis. The last date for registration of online applications is 5th December 2021.

Age Limit:

 Not exceeding 45 years as on the last date of advertisement.
 Age relaxation as per Government Rules.

Scale of Pay: Pay Matrix Level 1

Educational Qualifications:

 Assistant Lineman / Wireman:

(A) A certificate in Electrician trade issued by an appropriate authority under the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) Government of India or under the State Council for Vocational Training, Government of Goa. One year's experience in the Electrical field. (OR)
(B) A Certificate in Wireman’s trade issued by an appropriate authority under the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) Government of India or under the State Council for Vocational Training Government of Goa. Two years experience in the Electrical field. (OR)
(C) Vocational Proficiency Certificate in the trade of Electrician issued by the Human Resource Development Foundation a Registered Society of Government of Goa. Three years experience in the Electrical field. (OR)
(D) A Certificate of successfully completing the training in “Electrician” / “Wireman” under the Scheme for Training of Rural Youth for Self Employment (TRYSEM) issued by the Rural Development Agency Government of Goa. Three years experience in the Electrical field.

 Line Helper:

(A) Experience in working on the construction of Electrical lines for a minimum period of 2 years.

Required Qualification: Knowledge of Konkani.

 Skill / Aptitude/ Written Test (Examination)

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates should fill the Online Application Form at Goa Computer Based Examination System (CBES) Portal (cbes.goa.gov.in) from 25th November 2021. The last date for registration of online applications is 05/12/2021.
