FACT Recruitment 2021-22: The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) Udyogamandal invites applications from eligible candidates for the selection of Graduate Apprentices and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices under the Apprentices Act in various categories. The last date for receipt of applications is 18th December 2021.

 Age Limit:

 Graduate Apprentices:

Age, not more than 25 years for general candidates as on 01-01-2022 
For general candidates with date of birth on or after 02.01.1997                             
OBC candidates with date of birth on or after 02.01.1994                                               
For SC/ST candidates with date of birth on or after 02.01.1992

 Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:

Age, not more than 23 years for general candidates as on  01-01-2022
For general candidates with a date of birth on or after 02.01.1999. 
For OBC candidates with date of birth on or after 02.01.1996.
For SC/ST candidates with date of birth on or after 02.01.1994.

Stipend:

 Graduate Apprentices: ₹ 10000/- Per Month
 Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: ₹ 8000/- Per Month

Educational Qualifications:

 Graduate Apprentices:

(1) Engineering Degree (B Tech/ BE) from UGC/AICTE recognised regular course in any one of following discipline:1.Computer 2.Computer Science and Engg. 3.Civil 4.Chemical 5. Mechanical 6.Electrical & Electronics 7.Instrumentation & Control 8.Applied Electronics & Instrumentation 9. Electronics & Instrumentation.
(2) Engineering Degree with an aggregate of minimum 60% marks in qualifying exam for General category and minimum 50% marks for SC/ST in the relevant discipline and should not have completed more than 3 years after passing Degree as on 31.03.2022. BOAT Southern Region Registered KERALA Candidates are only eligible to apply.

 Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:

(1) A three-year Diploma in Engineering from State Board of Technical Education recognized regular course in any one of the following disciplines 1. Chemical 2.Computer 3.Civil 4.Electrical 5.Electrical & Electronics 6.Instrumentation 7.Electronics & Instrumentation 8.Instrument Technology 9.Mechanical 10. Commercial Practice.
(2) Diploma with an aggregate of minimum 60% marks in qualifying exam for General category and minimum 50% marks for SC/ST category in the relevant discipline and should not have completed more than 3 years after passing Diploma as on 31-03-2022. BOAT Southern Region Registered KERALA Candidates are only eligible to apply.

Selection Process: The merit list for selection will be prepared based on marks obtained in the Qualifying Examination
50% marks and Plus Two 50% marks weightage for graduate and 50% marks 10th standard for diploma.

How to Apply: Graduate / Diploma candidates should register themselves in the online web portal of the Board
of Apprenticeship Training (www.mhrdnats.gov.in) under the ‘Student’ category.

Application form (in prescribed format) for Graduate / Diploma Apprentices available in FACT website (www.fact.co.in) should be downloaded and submitted to The Deputy Manager (Training), FACT Training and Development Centre, Udyogamandal, Eloor Ernakulam Dist., Pin: 683501 on or before 18/12/2021 before 4 pm.
