NIELIT Recruitment 2021-2022: National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) invites online applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the recruitment post of Scientist 'C' and Scientist 'D' in MeitY. The last date for receipt of applications is 7th December 2021.

Age Limit:

 Scientist 'C': 35 years
 Scientist 'D': 40 years

Pay Scale:

 Scientist 'C': Level 11 ₹  67700 - 208700/-
 Scientist 'D': Level 12 ₹  78800 - 209200/-

Educational Qualifications:

 Scientist 'C': Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (Bachelor in Engineering or Bachelor in Technology) or Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Courses B-level or Associate Member of Institute of Engineers or Graduate Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers or Master Degree in Science (M.Sc.) or Master Degree in Computer Application or Masters Degree in Engineering or Technology (ME or M.Tech.) or Masters Degree in Philosophy (MPhil) in relevant field. Minimum 04 years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations or in both.

Scientist 'D': Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (Bachelor in Engineering or Bachelor in Technology) or Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Courses B-level or Associate Member of Institute of Engineers or Graduate Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers or Master Degree in Science (M.Sc.) or Master Degree in Computer Application or Masters Degree in Engineering or Technology (ME or M.Tech.) or Masters Degree in Philosophy (MPhil) in relevant field. Minimum 08 years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations or in both.

Selection Process:

 Written Examination
 Interview.

Application Fee:

 ₹ 800/- for General / OBC category candidates.
 ₹ 400/- for SC / ST / Women / Ex-Servicemen category candidates.
 The fee should be made through online mode.
