 Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant: 18 - 27 years
 Postman: 18 - 27 years
 MTS: 18 - 25 years
 Age Relaxation: 05 Years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC, and Plus 10 years for PWD.

Pay Scale:

 Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant: Level 4 ₹ 25500 - 81100/-
 Postman: Level 3 ₹ 21700 - 69100/-
 MTS: Level 1 ₹ 18000 - 56900/-

Educational Qualifications:

 Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant: Matric with 12th class standard or equivalent examination.
 Postman: 12th standard pass or equivalent examination. Knowledge of local language (i.e. Hindi). The candidates will be required to furnish a certificate of Basic Computer Training. Valid Driving license.

 MTS: Minimum Matriculation (10th Class) Pass. Knowledge of local language (i.e. Hindi). The candidate should have Knowledge of Working of Computer.

Sports Qualifications:

 Sportsmen who have represented a State or the country in the National or International competition in any of the games/sports listed at official notification.
 Sportsmen who have represented their University in the Inter-University tournaments conducted by the Inter-University Sports Board in any of the games /sports listed at official notification.
 Sportsmen who have represented the State Schools Teams in the National Sports / Games for Schools conducted by the All India School Games Federations in any of the games/sports listed at official notification.
 Sportsmen who have been awarded National Awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.

Selection Process: On the basis of Educational and Sports Qualification.

 ₹ 100/- only payable through e-payment in the name of CPMG CHHATTISGARH (E-Biller-ID 70138)at any of the computerized post offices in India.
  The fee is exempted for Women / SC / ST candidates.
