Cfw.ap.nic.in MLHP Notification 2021: Government of Andhra Pradesh, Office of the Mission Director, National Health Mission (NHM), Andhra Pradesh invites applications for recruitment of Mid Level Health Providers (MLHP) for fill up 3393 vacancies in various Districts of A.P.  The Last date for receipt of applications is 6th November 2021.

 Zonal wise Vacancies:

 Zone 1 (Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, and Visakhapatnam): 633 Vacancies
 Zone 2 II (East Godavari, West Godavari, and Krishna): 1003 Vacancies
 Zone 3 III (Guntur, Prakasam and Nellore): 786 Vacancies
 Zone 4 IV (Chittoor, Kadapa, Ananthapur, and Kurnool): 971 Vacancies

Age Limit:

 Must not have completed 35 Years as on date of issue of notification.
 40 years in case of BC, SC, ST, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-servicemen

 Pay Scale: As per Andhra Pradesh State Govt. Rules.

 Educational Qualifications:

 Must have completed B.Sc. (Nursing) from recognized university and registered in the AP Nursing Council.
 Must have studied Certificate Programme for Community Health (CPCH) as an integrated Certificate Programme in the B.Sc. (N). This is a mandatory requirement and no candidates will be considered in the absence of same.

 Selection Process: On the basis of Qualifications and Merit list.

 Application Fee: Nil.

 How to Apply: Applications shall be submitted online only. The Candidates shall submit the application online through the website at hmfw.ap.gov.in, cfw.ap.nic.in. The last date for registration of online applications is 06/11/2021.
